All coaching will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All coaching sessions will be done via stream done using OBS or Xsplit.
Nick will use Skype-screen share together while going over the VOD of your game
or analyzing it live depending on package purchased.
There might be times, we reschedule 4x in a row because LS is not feeling 100%.

Terms and Conditions:
Any scheduling or questions about scheduling can be done through the dedicated coaching Skype name 'LScoaching9' or on here through the "Contact" page.
No requests will be taken through Nick's personal skype.

• Payment

         All payment must be received in full before coaching takes place.
         Payment must include an additional 5% to cover the paypal fee unless paypal states no fee will be added for either the                buyer or the seller.
        Payment must be converted to USD.
 

• 2 Month Policy

          If the client fails to establish contact in more than 2 months from date of purchase to schedule coaching, the purchase               will be considered null and void.
 

• Cancellations

          Cancellations by Nick
          If a session is cancelled by Nick for any reason, a client has the option to either reschedule or request a full refund equal           to payment received.

         Cancellations by Client
         Failure to show will not result in a cancellation, termination, or penalty to client. The client has 48 hours from the time of            the missed appointment to notify Nick or myself and reschedule. If no word is received in 48 hours the transaction will be          voided.

        Client Relations
        Any personal insults, racial slurs, or toxicity directed towards Nick during or after coaching sessions can result in the                 cancellation of services at any time without refund.
